to exceed your requirements. Whether the original sample is produced from a physical
piece of furniture, blueprint, or CAD software provided by you, our Quality Control will
carefully inspect each piece to insure the highest quality.

Will the prototype come directly from a production run?

Answer:

Before the production run has begun, a counter sample will be produced and shipped directly to your company for approval. Once approved, the production run begins. If you prefer, a random production run sample can also be sent for approval.

What is the transit time for the shipment once it has been loaded on the container?

Answer:

We have been importing for 15 years and have the contacts that provide a streamless process through Customs. Even with the new 24 Hour rule, and many other Custom rules set in place to combat terrorism, our transit time has remained at 28 to 35 days into the U.S..
